Shipping & Exchange Policy

This Shipping and Exchange Policy applies to shipments originating from Bahadurgarh, Haryana – 124507.

1) Shipping coverage

We ship Pan-India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners. Your XO Rig representative will inform you in advance if a particular PIN code is not serviceable.

2) Shipping partners

We use multiple trusted logistics partners. Specific partner selection may vary by location, shipment value, size, and serviceability.

3) Dispatch and build timelines

  • Custom PC builds typically require 3–9 business days for sourcing (where applicable), assembly, and testing, subject to part availability and origin.
  • Dispatch occurs after internal testing of build-installed components (cabinet, CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, etc.).
  • Items not installed in the build (e.g., certain peripherals/accessories) may be shipped sealed.

Important: Delivery timelines are calculated from Order Confirmation (when full payment is received in XO Rig’s account). For EMI, settlement delays (T+1 to T+3 business days or more) are not counted towards build/delivery timelines.

4) Estimated delivery time

Unless otherwise communicated in writing with reasons, customers should generally expect delivery within 10–20 days from Order Confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary due to courier delays, weather, remote-area routing, inspections, or force majeure events.

5) Shipping charges and insurance

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, carton dimensions, shipment value, and destination location.
  • Insurance is applied by default based on shipment value. If you require an uninsured shipment, you must notify your XO Rig representative before dispatch.
  • We do not charge packaging fees; however, special packaging requests (e.g., gifting) may be accommodated on request.

6) Delivery, verification, and acceptance

  • Identity verification at delivery (if any) is performed by the logistics provider as per their procedures.
  • Risk transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery at the provided address.

7) Mandatory evidence for transit damage / DOA claims

Because PCs are delicate and high-value, transit damage/DOA claims require strict proof.

To be eligible to raise a transit damage or DOA claim:

You must create a continuous, unedited video showing:

  1. the package being received from the delivery agent, and
  2. the sealed package from all sides (including labels), and
  3. the unboxing and first inspection immediately upon receipt, preferably in the presence of the delivery agent.

Where feasible and permitted, the video should also capture delivery agent identification details and the handover moment.

You must retain the outer packaging, inner packaging, and all accessories for inspection.

If you accept delivery without the required evidence, your ability to claim transit damage/DOA may be materially affected, because logistics/insurance partners typically require strict proof.

8) Reporting window (24 hours)

Transit damage/DOA issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to support@xorig.gg with:

  • order details,
  • photos of packaging and product, and
  • the complete unboxing/handover video.

Reports after 24 hours may be rejected due to logistics/insurer evidence requirements.

9) RTO (Return to Origin) / failed delivery

If a shipment is returned to origin due to reasons attributable to the customer (including incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept, repeated failed attempts, or non-cooperation with delivery procedures):

  • No refund will be issued. The order is treated as completed/sold.
  • The customer may request re-shipment within 30 days of our notice, and must arrange/pay shipping for re-dispatch as applicable.
  • If the customer does not claim/re-arrange shipping within 30 days, the shipment may be treated as unclaimed/abandoned and may be disposed of by XO Rig in a lawful manner. No compensation will be payable for unclaimed shipments.

10) Exchange policy (wrong item shipped)

We offer exchange only in the event you receive a wrong item (incorrect Product shipped by XO Rig).

Conditions:

  • You must notify XO Rig within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
  • XO Rig will arrange reverse pickup/RTO and re-delivery at our cost.
  • If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (subject to gateway/bank timelines).
  • If the wrong item was delivered, XO Rig will bear the price difference between what was charged and what should have been delivered, as applicable.
