These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website xorig.gg (“Website”) and any orders placed with XO Rig Computers Pvt. Ltd. (“XO Rig”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website, communicating with us through any channel, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Scope and applicability

These Terms apply to:

  • Use of the Website and all content and features on it; and
  • All sales made by XO Rig, including via the Website and through customer sales channels such as social media and messaging platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp), where these Terms are referenced or shared.

3) Eligibility

We do not impose an age restriction for browsing or purchasing. However, if you are a minor, you should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before placing an order. The person making payment and accepting delivery will be treated as the purchaser and responsible for the order.

4) Products and customization

  • We sell PCs (custom and non-custom), components, peripherals, and accessories (“Products”).
  • Custom PC specifications may be configured based on customer preferences. Customer-requested configurations may affect pricing, lead times, and availability.
  • Product images are for representation only. Actual packaging, labels, batches, and minor aesthetic details may vary.

5) Order placement, confirmation, and payment

  • Order confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is actually received and reflected in XO Rig’s account (“Order Confirmation”).
  • EMI payments: For bank EMI transactions processed through our payment gateway/aggregator (currently Cashfree Payments), settlement to XO Rig may take T+1 to T+3 business days (or more, depending on the bank/network). Build time and delivery timelines begin from Order Confirmation (receipt of funds), not from the time you authorize the EMI payment.
  • No COD: Cash on Delivery is not available.

6) Pricing, errors, and changes

  • Prices may change without prior notice before Order Confirmation.
  • Pricing/description errors: If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund the amount received. You may place a fresh order at the correct price.

7) Component availability and substitutions

  • Component availability can change rapidly. If any component becomes unavailable or unsuitable during procurement or build, we may propose a replacement component of comparable intent/specification and pricing where feasible.
  • No substitution will be made without your prior confirmation obtained via written message (email/WhatsApp) and/or recorded verbal confirmation, as applicable.

8) Testing and quality checks

  • Custom-built PCs are assembled and undergo in-house stress/functional testing before dispatch.
  • For Products not installed in a build (e.g., certain peripherals/accessories), items may remain sealed and delivered in original packaging.

9) Shipping, delivery, and risk

Shipping, delivery timelines, and transit-damage procedures are governed by our Shipping and Exchange Policy (incorporated by reference). Unless stated otherwise in that policy, risk transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery.

10) Limited role in manufacturer warranty/RMA

  • Most components and branded Products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty subject to their terms.
  • After delivery, claims relating to defects, failures, or warranty are generally handled under manufacturer RMA. XO Rig may assist with diagnostics and documentation as a goodwill support, but does not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.

11) User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape data, or interfere with operations. We may suspend/refuse service for violation of these Terms.

12) Intellectual property

“XO Rig”, “XO”, and associated logos/marks are intellectual property of XO Rig Computers Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content, logo, design, or branding without written permission.

13) Disclaimers

  • Website content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • Performance benchmarks and compatibility outcomes may vary based on software versions, drivers, thermals, ambient conditions, silicon variance, and user configuration.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • XO Rig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • XO Rig’s total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount actually received by XO Rig for that specific order.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold XO Rig harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of Products, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.

16) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, courier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or payment network delays.

17) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

18) Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Website or continued orders after updates constitutes acceptance.
